Search
With up to 40,000 songs on your iPod classic, you need an easy way to search your collection. Extras
Calendars, contacts, and a clock appear in the Extras menu, along with a few more handy items. Take the screen lock, for example. Spin the Click Wheel to choose a four-digit combination and protect your iPod classic from prying eyes. If you forget your combination, just reset when you sync. Or use the built-in stopwatch to log your best times.

I bought 2 of these for my niece and nephew for an upcoming trip. I bought myself a cheaper band and now wish I would have just spent the extra money. They are wonderful. Easy to use and great pictures and sound!! Highly recommend!!

Unit arrived in Costa Rica from the US in 3 weeks, which is normal for postal delivery here. Was in perfect shape and functions perfectly. Good purchase. Would buy from the seller again.

getting an iPod for a long time because I didn’t see the value in it but now I can’t imagine not having one.
1 Star Extremely unreliable
I’ve had my 80gb iPod Classic for about 10 months now. Well, let me correct that – I’ve had it 6 months, after the first once I got died 4 months after purchase. I’ve got to give this one credit – it lasted 50% longer than the previous one! But, alas, it’s just as dead. I’ve never dropped them or been rough with them – they either sit on a dock in my car, or in a radio dock on my kitchen counter – but inevitably, they start locking up, and a couple weeks later, Red Circle and X and no more ipod.
It really wouldn’t be nearly so bad if Apple actually followed through with their warranty, but of course, their website refuses to acknowledge that my iPod is still under warranty – this one is only 6 months old, but even when you combine the two, it’s still under the 12 month warranty it is supposed to have. All I can say is, this is the LAST Apple product I am ever purchasing based on the horrible reliability issues I’ve been experiencing – I mean, I’ve got an Xbox 360, and it, the epitome of unreliability, has required far less maintenance than the ipod.
