Quite a bargain for the first forty eight hours — then it stopped working. The armband and cuzzie case are keepers. Looks as if the inexpensive alternative will not do to replace Apple quality

this is a slim easy to use silicone case that is good at protecting your nano. it slips over the entire back and sides, leaving the screen and the click wheel easy access. i find it especially easy to use while running as it comes with an arm band. all in all a good buy.

4 Stars Good, but the wheel does not work
I liked the price, and the protecting films are really invisible. With two minor home-made adjustments, it turned out to be almost perfect:

1. The silicone avoids the navigation wheel to function properly. I’ve seen other cases, and they work fine, but this one doesn’t because it has the buttons (“play”, “stop”, etc) engraved on it. I cut it out with scissors, and now I can reach the dial directly.

2. There are two holes on the back to insert the armband, so that when you insert it, it is in direct contact with the Ipod, and may scratch it. It comes with a film for protecting the back, but I decided to insert a little piece of carton. Now I feel it is more protected. I have it for one year now, and my Ipod still has no scratches.

Others complained that it is too weak, it tores apart when you try squeezing the ipod in, but I’ve put it on and off many times, and is still in one piece.

2 Stars It should be better than this
First of all, the photo of this product is too small. The surface of its body isn’t what I expected, as seen from the photo. That was the first disappointment.

Secondly, this silicone just ripped once I tried to put it on. Thus, I never get to use it at all.

Third, the case makes it difficult to use iPod’s scrolling wheel. This really sucks.

However, the screen protector seems to work pretty well.

I didn’t receive the item pictured. The part I did receive actually makes my 3rd gen. ipod play music garbled after around 30 seconds of playback. The product is junk (whichever product it is that I DID receive), and the company untrustworthy. Don’t waste your time or money with either.
